I've just moved my Daily Holga photo blog from www.mydailyholga.com to this page on this site. The project finished up some time ago but still attracts a bit of traffic - plenty of us lo-fi/lomo/plastic camera fans around! So here it is in its entirety (including a small update) for your enjoyment: My Daily Holga.
Cheers!

OK, so this one didn’t use any props from the op-shops, but what else am I going to do with an aging lettuce found in the bottom of the fridge? This one earned a call from the lab, when they processed the proof - “hello, yes, we think your file might be corrupted”. I just loved the palette the (intentionally) repeated pixels produce and the juxtaposition of slightly decaying organic matter with rigid digital colour.

Second result from many exposures. Quite pleased with this one – the digitally sanded negative adds a little age and wisdom.

OK, first satisfactory result. I’m finding an impression is more pleasing than a realistic rendering. I’m liking the organic, filmic nature of this result - it softens the glass and sympathises with the fruit. What do you think?
